Advices

Use it every day before training as follows:

- apply a reasonable amount of the product especially on legs and in other parts subjected to muscular effort (such as shoulders, lumbar-sacral région...). Start with a coffeespoon of cream for two legs and experiment its effects on your skin. You can gradually increase the quantity to intensify its effects.

- massage it carefully and intensly

- wash your hands properly

- start the normal warming up

- start your training as usual

Additional information

The warming effect appears about 5 minutes after the application and lasts for about one hour. The part visibly reddens: this is a normal consequence of the thermogenic effect of the cream. The degree of reddening depends on the type of skin. It normally fades in a time-range of 30min-2h. Please, suspend using it in case the reddening lasts longer. Avoid contact with eyes, lips and mucosa. Do not apply on varix.
